Farmhouse. C17 with C18 and C19 additions and refacing. Rendered brick and timber frame, tile hung half hipped gable to rear. Old tile roof half hipped to right with projecting C17 half hipped cross wing off-centre to left and C19 hipped cross wing to far left. Two gabled dormers with two-light casements in wing to right, two ridge stacks off-centre to left and right, and two stacks to rear. T-plan with cross wing of two framed bays. One and half storeys with two storey and garret cross wing to left. Small casement and glazing bar sash to right, six-panelled door to left with four-light rectangular fanlight; two-light leaded garret casement in cross wing off-centre to left with one glazing bar sash on ground and first floors, one two-light casement on each floor of C19 cross wing to far left.
