Workhouse, now 2 houses. C18, remodelled as workhouse in 1754; No.99 is probably
early C19. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; brick ridge and
lateral stacks. L-plan with rear left wing. 2 storeys; 5-window range. Timber
lintels over two C20 doors and C20 two-light casements. C20 door and windows to
left side wall of 3-window range (No.99 Green Road); has 2-light leaded
casements to right side wall. Interior: plain beams and collar-truss roof with
butt purlins. No.99 not inspected.
