Attached house. 1778. Stucco with limestone dressings, end
stacks and a pantile valley roof. Double-depth plan. Mid
Georgian style. 2 storeys and basement; 2-window range.
Moulded parapet coping and coped gables; a flight of steps up
to a right-hand doorway with brackets to a thin canopy and C20
door, and steps down to an arched half-glazed basement door;
single 8/8-pane ground-floor sash, and 6/6-pane first-floor
sashes. INTERIOR: narrow stair hall divided by a semicircular
arch, a dogleg stair with slim column balusters, a segmental
arch between front and rear ground-floor rooms with panelled
doors, wainscot and 6-panel doors.
