House. Late C17 or early C18 (there is a datestone of 1731 in
the wall in front of the house) extended and refenestrated in
early C19. Built mainly of Isle of Wight stone rubble with
ashlar dressings but left side elevation of red brick and C18
brick porch. Tiled roof with off central brick chimneystack. A
lobby entrance house of 2 storeys with attics in the gable end
and 3 bays. 1st floor has 3 early C19 tripartite sashes with
glazing bars. Ground floor windows are C20 top opening
casements. Deep plinth. Brick gabled porch with round arch.
Right side elevation has mullioned windows, the first floor
are blocked with drip moulding. The L wing is early C19 of red
brick with grey headers.
