Four houses, c.1850. Brick with stone dressings, hipped slate roof. Two storeys, two bays to each house, end bay forms return to No. 2 Sandown Lane. First floor sill band and top frieze and cornice. Windows have wedge lintels. Round-headed entrances have Doric doorcases. Windows above are blind. No. 2 has casements; No. 4 has sashes with glazing bars, two-panel door; No. 6 has casements, doorcase (lacks columns ,1984). Return of three bays has central entrance.
