House with garden wall attached. Late C18. Coursed squared
sandstone with ashlar dressings; concrete tiled roof with
brick chimney; left return gable rendered. Garden wall rubble
with dressed coping. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Stone step to
6-panelled door, top panels glazed, and early C20 stained
glass overlight in doorcase of pilasters and entablature with
dentilled fascia. Tooled wedge stone lintels and projecting
stone sills to sashes with vertical glazing bars; first floor
band. Roof has narrow cyma-moulded kneelers; end chimneys.
Tall garden wall with flat stone coping continues along west
side of rear garden from right return.
