House and garden wall attached. Late C18. Coursed squared
sandstone with ashlar dressings and roof of concrete tiles
with brick chimneys. Garden wall sandstone rubble with flat
stone coping. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Central 6-panel door and
overlight with radiating glazing bars in doorcase of pilasters
with fluted necking supporting entablature with fluted
architrave, dentilled cornice below pediment. Renewed sash
windows with glazing bars have painted tooled stone lintels
and projecting stone sills. Roof has renewed end brick
chimneys. Garden wall continuing from left return has keyed
stone arch.
