Attached house. Dated 1765 in deeds. Stucco with limestone
dressings, brick garden front, roof not visible. 2 storeys and
basement; 2-window range. A moulded coping, a left-hand
doorway with narrow moulded brackets to a canopy and 6-panel
door, the top 4 raised; canted ashlar right-hand bay, with
timber pilaster strips, 6/6-pane sashes, 3/3-panes on the
second floor. INTERIOR: entrance hall with panelled wainscot,
and central stair. Formerly connected to No.3A (qv), the
former carriage house.
