Planned group of 4 cottages. Mid C19. Slatestone rubble with
volcanic stone dressings; steep dry Delabole slate roofs with
coped gables with moulded kneelers; brick end, axial and
lateral stacks, some rendered. 3 blocks: an irregular pair
flanked by 2 similar mirror-image plans. 2 storeys;
2:4:2-window range. Each house has 1 large front gable and 1
gabled dormer except No.3 which has 2 gabled dormers;
mullioned 2-light windows with casements, most with glazing
bars, except for 1 x 3-light window to ground floor of each.
Nos.3 and 4 with gabled porches with 4-centred arched
doorways; 4-panel top-glazed doors. INTERIOR not inspected.
