Dated 1853. Watermill converted to house. Red brick with sandstone dressings.
Plain tile roof with stone coping to gable ends, with large stone kneelers. Three
storeys, basement and attic. Four bays. Cast-iron multi-pane windows in segmental
arched openings. Moulded stone doorway on south-west end with stone plaque above
inscribed 'Erected AD 1853'. Single storey range adjoining south-east.
