Shown on O.S. map as Lea Croft. Small house with later shop.
C18. Pebbledash on rubble; steep dry late roof; brick end
stack on right; cast-iron ogee gutter. U-shaped plan with open
courtyard on the right. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Early/mid
C19 12-pane hornless sash on the right over 12-pane 2-light
casement in squat opening; mid/late C19 4-pane hornless sash
on the left over C20 3-light casement with glazing bars in
wide opening formerly with shop window. Central doorway with
4-panel top-glazed door and C20 slate hood on wooden brackets.
