Cottage. Early C19 with minor later alterations. Red brick
with plain tile roof and brick gable and ridge stacks, plus
sawtooth eaves band. Two storeys and two bays. Off-centre
segment headed doorcase with C20 door flanked by segment headed
3-light windows, that to east a C20 copy of the other. Above,
two similar segment headed windows. All fenestration C20
casements. Included for group value only.
