Town house, now 2 houses. C17 or earlier; remodelled C18.
Rubble with granite lintel to ground floor left and timber
lintel on right; steep dry slate roof rendered stack on left,
brick stack on right. Single-depth plan with central
through-passage plus rear wings. 2 storeys; nearly symmetrical
3-window front. C18 three-light (2-light over doorway)
casements with thick glazing bars, and centre-hung opening
lights, except for early C19 copy in altered opening to ground
floor right; central open-pedimented pilastered doorway.
INTERIOR: has granite flagged floor to passage with C18 pine
plank-and-muntin panelling and 2-panel doors. C17 roof
structure with morticed collars inspected 1980.
