Town house. C17 with front range partly rebuilt early C18;
refronted C19. Render replacing stucco on rubble front; steep
dry Delabole slate roof with coved and moulded eaves cornice;
rear lateral stack. Deep plan including C17 rear wing at
right-angle. 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20 six-pane sashes
and C20 copy 8-panel door with fielded panels. INTERIOR: C18
dog-leg closed string staircase with turned balusters (boarded
in). Unusual C18 chimneypiece, with shaped and eared
entablature with dentils, removed during extensive renovations
1980.
