House, now offices. Mid C18. Brick; Welsh slate roof; brick
end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 5-window range: C20, 9/9 sashes in
moulded cases, under gauged brick flat arches; 6/6 sashes
over. Central entrance: steps to part-glazed panelled door and
ornamental fanlight, under C20 restored open pediment wood
hood on consoles and plain pilasters; flanked by pairs of 9/9
sashes under gauged brick flat arches; moulded cornice
overall.
C19 projecting 2-storey wing, to left, with paired C20, 6/6
sashes under gauged brick flat arches. Thoroughly restored
c1985.
INTERIOR: C18 dogleg staircase with turned balusters, and
moulded string and rail, to attic. Attic: plank door. 2nd
floor: exposed timbers. 1st floor: cornices; picture-rails;
architraves to windows; 4-panel door; C18 fireplace with
modillioned cornice. Ground floor: 6-panel enriched doors and
architraves; 6-and 4-panel doors with architraves; cornices;
panelled shutters and reveals to windows; skirting. Cellar:
flagstone floors; brick-arched bins; plank doors; stone and
brick-lined.
