House, now offices. Early-mid C19, altered C20. Stuccoed with
roof concealed by parapet. Double-depth plan. 3-storey,
3-window range. 12-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floors
with pilastered, rendered surrounds and entablature, those to
ground floor with console brackets either end of sill, those
to 1st with pediments, that to centre segmental 6-pane sashes
to 2nd floor with moulded, rendered surrounds and cornices.
Rendered plinth, moulded rendered eaves cornices and rendered,
coped parapet. Central bay breaks forward slightly. One of
ground-floor windows, probably that to far left, was formerly
a door.
