Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. Late C17, with early C18 addition; altered.
Coursed squared sandstone with quoins, stone slate roof. Three-unit
lobby-entry plan, with one unit added at right-hand end.
Original house: two storeys and 7 bays; doorway at junction of 2nd and 3rd
bays, with chamfered surround and large rectangular lintel; 3 double-
chamfered mullioned windows on each floor, all of 2 relatively wide lights,
mostly containing 4-pane sashes. Ridge chimney in line with door, gable
chimneys and gable copings. Addition at right-hand end, of 2 slightly lower
storeys, has one 2-light window on each floor, with flat-faced flush-
mullions, and gable coping. Left gable wall (No.6) has a single-storey
gabled porch with chamfered Tudor-arched outer and inner doorways, stone side
benches, and studded oak door with strap hinges. Rear has single-storey
dairy.

Interior: altered, but No 7 has 2 rectangular stone fireplaces with chamfered
surrounds.
