House. Dated 1689. Coursed squared ironstone, pantile roof, central rendered
ridge stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. C20 glazed door
to left within C20 greenhouse/conservatory, a C20 window to right of door,
central small square window with chamfered stone surround to ground and first
floor, a 2-light casement replacing door to right of centre, and 2-light
chamfered mullion window to far right; 2-light casement windows with timber
lintels to first floor left and right. 2 gabled roof dormers and stone-coped
gables with kneelers. Datestone in right gable inscribed TM/1689. Interior has
bar-stop-chamfered spine beams and joists, open fireplace with chamfered
bressumer and fitted corner cupboard with shaped shelves.
