Former farmhouse. C17. Coursed squared ironstone, corrugated asbestos roof,
brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central C20
door with gabled hood, a 2-light chamfered stone mullion window to left with
hood mould, two 3-light casement windows to right with timber lintels, a similar
3-light casement to first floor right, a 2-light leaded casement over door and
3-light leaded casement to first floor left, all with timber lintels. Quoins and
moulded stone eaves and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Left gable end has
3-light casements with timber lintels to ground and first floors and small
rectangular attic window with chamfered stone surround and hood mould. Interior
not inspected,
