Farmhouse. c1836 with later alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond. Slate roof.
2 storeys. 3-bay centre range with 2 further bays to each side recessed in 2 planes
the inner bays lower and the outer bays higher than the centre range. Central porch
with polygonal angle buttresses, Tudor-arched entrance and side lights under hood-
moulds. Shallow polygonal buttresses with ogee caps defining bays of centre range.
2-light mullion and transom windows under hoodmoulds. Gothick glazing to upper lights
except for windows to end bay at right. Enriched timber cornice. Interior not inspected.
