Dated 1770 on earlier site. Three storeys. Three windows. Rubble with quoins etc, brick quoins to right. Tiled roof with tumbled brick in verges. Two brick ridge chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows except second floor which has two blank windows flanking central shuttered window. Central pedimented doorcase with six panel door. Tablet reads: "W.B." [William Bell] "1770". Gabled extension to left. Two storeys, one casement window. Lower two storey C17 wing to right (formerly three cottages). Buck dressings to south; small casement windows, former doors blocked and made into windows.
Converted and modernized.
Rear of main house: three storeys and three windows. Casements on second floor and at sides of first floor, the others glazing bar sashes. Large tripartite windows at sides on first and ground floors.
