Bridge. Circa 1814, with c.1980 alterations. Irregular courses of sandstone
rubble with ashlar dressings. Wide, high segmental arch with recessed
voussoirs flanked by 2 graduated flood circles at each side, now blocked,
under band at road-bed level. Round-coped parapets renewed on inner faces
in rock-faced stone. Large wide buttresses to lower part of abutments, much
renewed.
