House. 1758 on inscribed lintel. Brick, roughcast and colour-washed,
pantiled roof. Yellow brick to rebuilt stack. Central lobby-entry plan. 2
storeys, 3 window front. Rusticated quoins, plinth. Glazed and panelled
door in painted rusticated surround flanked to right by 2-light casement
window with glazing bars in similar surround. To left is a C20 shop front;
to extreme left an inserted door, now glazed. First floor: blank opening
over door flanked by sliding sashes with glazing bars, all in painted
rusticated surrounds. Bracketed and sprocketed eaves. Raised gable to
right, plain close verges to left. Axial stack.
