Town house with 2 shops. Probably C18, refronted mid C19 and
altered early C20. Part slatehanging, part stucco on studwork
to 1st floor of front; rag slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; irregular 2-window range. Mid-C19 12-pane hornless
sash on the right, over early C20 slate-roofed half shop front
projection with doorway on its right but central to overall
double shop front with end pilasters and fascia with moulded
cornice shared with No.10 (qv). Early C20 four-light canted
oriel with moulded cornice, on the left, over mid C20 double
shop front. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
