SO5174 The Lodge, and attached wrought-iron
825-1/1/66 gates and railings with screen over

GV II

Lodge. Early C19. Coursed rubble; slate roof; brick stack with
niches and later superstructure. 6-sided plan. Single-storey,
attic and cellar; 2 and 3-light windows with metal glazing
bars and some casements, under shouldered drip-courses and
chamfered lintels; C20 ornamental barge-boards. C20 studded
and battened oak door in chamfered opening under mutilated
drip-course; simple C20 porch; lancet windows with metal
glazing bars, over. Attached C18 wrought-iron railings and
gates with wrought-iron screen over, and incised ashlar piers.
