Attached offices. Late C18. Probably by Thomas Paty. Render
with limestone dressings and a pantile mansard roof.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys and attic;
3-window range. A C20 plate-glass shop front between paired
fascia consoles and cornice; pilasters above to a cornice
which breaks forward over them, and parapet. Architraves to
horned 6/6-pane sashes; 2 casement dormers. INTERIOR: largely
remodelled late C20. Originally part of a Paty terrace with
Nos 10-14 (qv).
