Town house. Early C19. Granite ashlar front; natural slate
roof, projecting eaves with brick end stack on left, gable end
on right. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes under shallow
segmental arches and paired wooden brackets under moulded
eaves soffit. Ground floor has early C20 double shop front
with central wide splayed doorway with original glazed doors;
plain end pilasters and consoles to fascia with moulded
cornice. INTERIOR: shop altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
