Pair of town houses, now 2 shops. Early/mid C19. Coursed local rubble with granite dressings, dry Delabole slate hipped roof with brick stack on right. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical (upper floors) 3-window front. Late C19 hornless 4-pane sashes on right, C20 homed sashes with glazing bars on the left and blind central windows all under segmental arches with projecting keyblocks. Ground floor has early C20 shop front on the right with scribed end pilasters and consoles and C20 shop front on the left. INTERIOR: shops altered C20, otherwise not inspected. Included for group value.
