Small town house, now shop. Probably C18, refronted early C19.
Incised stucco on studwork to front, steep asbestos slate roof
with hipped dormer. Double-depth plan with shop at the front.
2 storeys plus attic; 1-window-range front. Original 16-pane
hornless sash within moulded wooden architrave over 1971 shop
front with 12 panes to shop window and glazed door with
overlight on the left. INTERIOR: shop altered C20, first floor
not inspected.
