Vicarage, now house. c1880. Dressed Killas with granite
dressings; dry Delabole slate roofs; central stone stack with
cluster of brick shafts with stepped cornices. Double-depth
plan with parlour on the left, dining room behind; study on
the right with large stair hall behind and service wing behind
stair hall. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-bay front with canted bay
on left, with hipped roof and square-cornered bay surmounted
by a gable with pointed-arched bargeboards on right.
Pointed-arched gable window with Y-tracery. Pointed-arched
attic window with Y-tracery to bay. Elaborate timber and
glazed porch to right. INTERIOR: complete and features
include: open-well stair with octagonal column balusters,
panelled ceiling and stair window with coloured glass
depicting Matthew, Mark, Luke and John; otherwise moulded
cornices and panelled doors and possibly original wooden
chimneypieces.
