GV II

House, now office and flat. Mid C18 with early C19
alterations. Painted incised render with painted tooled ashlar
dressings; left return rubble; Welsh slate roof with stone
gable coping and brick chimney. 2 storeys; 2-window range.
Central half-glazed door flanked by shallow canted bay
windows, renewed late 1980s in replica of originals, with
4-pane sashes, projecting stone sills, decorated pilasters and
prominent cornices. Plain sashes above have plain stone
surrounds. Shaped stone inscription panel in centre now
obscured by late C20 name-board. Roof has right end chimney,
and stone gable coping resting on tooled cyma-moulded
kneelers. Right return has blocked door. Rear shows
flat-roofed extension at first floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
