House and yard entrance in attached wall to left. Late C18.
Coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings; roof of thin
stone slates with ashlar gable copings and chimneys. 3
storeys; 2-window range. Corniced architrave surround with
fluted frieze to central 6-panel door. Plain stone surrounds
to tripartite sashes with glazing bars. Eaves gutter cornice.
Roof has corniced end chimneys. Urn-shaped rainwater heads to
end rainwater pipes, that at right lugged. INTERIOR: not
inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: yard-entrance arch at left has rusticated
ashlar jambs and voussoirs to keyed semi-circular arch in high
wall with ashlar coping.
