Small house at end of former terrace. Early C19 or possibly late C18. Coursed
rubble, large irregular flush quoins to left; plain tile roof. Two storeys, one
window, 12-pane sashes with flush voussoirs to left of late C20 door with
built-in 'fanlight' to original voussoirs Brick stack to left. Lean-to left
had broad plank doors under triangular glazed area. A very modest property, but
apart from door, unaltered externally and representative, with the shop and
house adjoining to its right (qv), of typical street architecture of its era.
