1718 by Samuel Westbrooke, mason. Main elevation to church yard. Two
storeys in chequer and rubbed brick. Three tall arches each side of a
staircase projection enclose a cloister passage below and galleries
above. Pedimented centre, chequered brick, with rubbed brick quoins,
pedestals for urns. Excellent example of bricklayers' art.
Riverside elevation has rubble walling with red brick dressings, coved
eaves cornice and tall panelled brick stacks.
