SU 08 SE LYDIARD TREGOZE HOOK STREET

Primary school and masters house, now restaurant. c1880. Rubble
stone with ashlar dressings. Tiled roof. School room with lean-to
entrance lobby to right, and second classroom at right angles to
rear. Master's house to left. School room with tall triple
trefoiled lights in gables. Gable bellcote wth carved Corinthian
corbel. Mullioned and transomed windows under hood moulds to
school house. Moulded door, now window.
Interior: open timber scissor truss roof. Rear classroom, now bar,
(August 1984).
