House. Early C18 but datestone of 1747 may be of alterations by
Ralph Broome. Flemish bond brick on stone plinth, stone quoins,
cornice and window and door dressings. Hipped stone slate roof.
Square plan, 3-bay asymmetrical entrance facade to service yard, 5-
bay symmetrical return facing road. Two storeys and attic.
Entrance facade has central doorway with stilted projecting semi-
circular hood on short console brackets, radial fanlight over stone
chord of hood, 6-panel architrave raised at head with fielded panel
and flat cornice. Upper windows similar but without cornice and
panel. Two leaded casement dormers with stone hung cheeks and
symmetrically placed panelled stacks. Side elevation has central
sash window with arched head and keystone.
Sun fire insurance plaque to entrance facade.
Interior not seen.
