Farmhouse, now house. c.1770. Coursed and dressed limestone; hipped old tile
roof; brick ridge stack. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range.
Segmental stone arches over C20 door with flat hood, and early C20 three-light
casements: timber lintels over similar first-floor casements. Mid C19 rear
extension of similar materials. Interior: chamfered beams. Open fireplace with
straight-run staircase to rear.
