Farmhouse

GV II
Range of 2 barns. Early C19. Coursed rubble limestone; stone slate roof to yard;
C20 plain tiles to rear pitch. Each barn is of 3 bays and has central former
threshing floor with cart entry to rear and smaller door to yard. Vent slits.
Nesting boxes below eaves in left bays. Most of yard side is obscured by row of
C20 concrete loose boxes with corrugated asbestos roof and there are further C20
corrugated iron lean-to extensions to rear, all of which are not of special
architectural interest. Double purlin roof with struts from tie beams to
principals, and small collars.
