Shop and dwelling. C18 to probably C17 core. Painted brick;
C20 pantile roof; brick end stack.
3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: C20, 2/2 sashes; blind
opening to right; all under brick segmental arches;
storeyband; C20, 3-light casement; C20 rebuilt parapet.
Entrance to right: early C20, half-glazed panelled door, under
moulded wood flat hood on moulded pilasters; to left, C19 shop
window with panelled architrave under moulded fascia-board and
hood; storeyband. Lead rainwater goods, to right. Rear wing:
C17 timber-framing with brick infill and steep-pitched Welsh
slate roof; wood hoods; C19 casements to gable and ground
floor.
INTERIOR: C18/C19 winder stair. 2nd floor: exposed late C17
timber-framing; C19 cast-iron fireplace in inserted stack;
wattle-and-daub; part-blocked mullion, in south wall; three
C17/C18 plank doors. 1st floor: stop chamfered ceiling beam;
C17/C18 two-panel door with cockspur hinges; 4-panel door;
exposed timber-framing with corner braces. Ground floor: stop
chamfered ceiling beam; panelled display cases. Cellar:
stone-lined; plank door; chamfered ceiling beam.
