Shop and offices. Later C19. Stucco; hipped Welsh slate
mansard roof; brick end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and attic; 3-window range: plain sashes in
moulded architraves, under moulded stone pediments on moulded
consoles; sillband to corbelled sills of plain sashes with
moulded architraves and scrolled keyblocks; band; cornice to
stone-coped parapet; pilaster to left.
Entrance in canted return to West Street: 4-panel double
doors, under moulded hood with enriched springers and frieze.
To left: 2 round-headed windows and further panelled door,
with entablature and overlight, with moulded architraves, on
marble Corinthian columns; vermiculated stucco arches with
enriched keyblocks; sillband. Front to West Street.
Right returned side: 3 plain sashes with moulded corbelled
sills and segmental arches with keyblocks; 4 similar sashes to
2nd floor; moulded eaves with consoles; roof dormer with C20
casement under moulded eaves. 3 plain lights, with moulded
sills, dentilled band and moulded lintels.
