House, now house and shop. c1800, with mid C19 additions and
late C19 and late C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings
and slate roof. Half-round dentillated eaves, coped gables,
single gable and single rear wall stacks. L-plan. 3 storeys; 3
window range of glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick heads.
Above, 3 similar sashes, the central one blank. Full width
late C19 shopfront, altered late C20, with rendered surround.
Splayed doorway to left, single pane window to right, under
continuous fascia. Colourwashed rear wing, to Mount Lane, has
first floor band and cogged and dentillated eaves. 2 segment
headed glazing bar sashes and above, a gabled dormer with a
2-light casement. Central beaded panelled door with overlight,
flanked to left by a glazing bar sash. Both have segmental
heads. To right, a metal framed casement.
