Town house. Early C19. Textured finish on render or stucco on
masonry; mid-floor band above basement, slatehanging to
left-hand end, hipped rag slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys over basement; 5-window range. Original hornless
sashes with glazing bars; 9 granite steps up to recessed bay
on left with deeply recessed doorway with concentric spoked
fanlight glazed sidelights; 6-panel door. Basement doorway
right of steps with 6-panel door with top 4 panels glazed.
Rear has doorway similar to main front doorway and original
hornless sashes with glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest. Subsidiary features: Red brick wall
of headers with hogs-back granite coping to shallow forecourt.
