Town house with later shop. c1700, with mid C19 stuccoed
front. Stucco on timber-frame to upper floors moulded and
panelled end pilasters, moulded architraves (nowy-headed to
1st-floor windows) and central panels; fairly steep-pitched
dry Delabole slate roof with projecting front eaves.
Double-depth plan, plus rear wing on left. 3 storeys; 2-window
range. Late C19 paired horned 4-pane sashes in wide openings;
quatrefoils above 1st-floor windows. Late C20 double shop
front with wide central doorway; house doorway on right with
overlight and C20 panelled door. INTERIOR: 1st-floor room on
right has original bolection-moulded panelling.
