Includes: Nos.1-7 BRIDGATE COURT.
2 shops and 7 flats. Early C19, converted to flats late C20.
Flint, brick and clunch, faced with gault brick. Roof of slate
(side), red pantiles (rear) and black-glazed pantiles (front).
3 storeys in 6 bays. 2 late C20 shop fronts to left of square
carriage archway (Bridgate Court). 6 sashes to first floor
with 6/6 glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Five 3/6
sashes to second floor, the centre one blind. Gauged skewback
arches. Hipped roof with stacks at south end and right of
centre. North gable with C20 weatherboarding replacing render.
2-storey wing to rear with dentil eaves cornice and late C20
top-hung casements. Rear of main elevation of random flint
construction and dentil eaves cornice. Mixed fenestration.
