House, now also workshop. Before 1735. Yellow stock brick with
slate mansard roof and brick end stacks. Side hall plan. 3
storeys, basement and attic. 3-window range gauged to 1st
floor. Ground floor has entrance to left with double doors and
overlight and C20 workshop front to right. 2 flat-topped
dormers with sashes.
INTERIOR: : mid C18 stair from basenent to 2nd floor extended
C19 to atttic. 2 column-on-urn balusters per tread which have
carved console ends. Modillion cornice to hall, ground-floor
principal rooms with panelling and modillion cornice, and
coved cornice to 1st floor rear room. Attached cast-iron
railings to area.
