Town house later with shop and subdivided. Probably late C18.
Incised stucco on studwork to front, otherwise rubble except
where partly rebuilt with concrete blocks to left-hand end;
steep late C20 dry slate roof, formerly with modillion eaves
cornice. Single-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Early
C19 16-pane hornless sash to 1st-floor left and squat
2nd-floor sashes, otherwise later C19 horned sashes. Ground
floor has sash on left; late C19 double shop front on the
right with 2 doorways on its left all under a moulded
entablature; left-hand doorway with flanking pilasters and
original 6-panel door with top 2 panels later glazed.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
