Town house, later with 2 shops. Mid C19. Incised stucco with
moulded 1st-floor architraves; bitumen-grouted rag slate roof
with deep projecting front eaves on brackets. 3 brick stacks;
cast-iron ogee gutters with lion heads. Double-depth plan. 3
storeys; 2-window range. Late C20 windows replacing sashes,
except for late C19 four-pane horned sash to 2nd-floor right.
Ground floor has 2 altered late C19 shop fronts with surviving
end consoles and moulded cornices. INTERIOR: shops altered
late C20, otherwise not inspected. Included for group value.
