Two houses, formerly one. Mid/late C18 with early C19 alterations. Two storeys and attics; two windows (Stafford House) and one window. Gault brick with string course at first floor and dentil eaves. Hipped plaintiled roof; flat lead roofed dormers with sash windows; rear chimney of gault brick. Sash windows with flat arches of gauged brick and early C19 small-pane sashes. Early C19 entrance door to Stafford House: six sunk panels, with oblong fanlight and moulded architrave, wooden cornice on console brackets. Late C18 entrance door to Sandover House; six fielded panels, with oblong fanlight, moulded architrave, an incomplete entablature with triglyphs and dentils. A late C18 splayed two storeyed bay with small-pane sashes, and flat roof with parapet.
