Pair of houses (one converted on ground floor to shop). Early
C19. 3 storeys, 2 windows each house. Gault brick with string
course at 1st and 2nd floors, wooden modillion eaves. Hipped
slated roof with end chimneys of gault brick. Sash windows at
upper floors with flat arches of gauged brick and small-pane
sashes. A flat-roofed splayed bay with small pane sashes to St.
Aubins. A C20 plate glass shop window to Crawford House. Pair
of central entrance doorways recessed beneath semi-circular
arches of gauged brick on limestone springing stones; each door
has 2 rows of 6 beaded and fielded panels; fanlights with radial
glazing bars. Limestone steps.
