8 Market Place is on the corner of the Church Walk and Market Place. A fine illustration of "flying freeholds":the blue-framed windows down the Church Walk are of 8a, a separate house. Hadleigh's medieval church can be seen further down the Church Walk. 6 Market Place is on the right, on the Market Place itself.
